BPK Co., Ltd. has designed, built and installed factory automation equipment in Korea since 2019. BPKPCB is our SMT equipment brand.

We design, build and install our own machines

BPK is based in Daegu, Republic of Korea. We design, machine, assemble and test our equipment in-house. Since 2019 we have delivered 143 automation projects, including PCB process automation for major Korean electronics manufacturers.

Our SMT business brings that experience to the solder paste printer — the first and most yield-critical process on an SMT line.
