Who we are
This website is operated by BPK Co., Ltd. (business registration no. 275-88-01197), 61, Munhwahoegwan 11-gil, Dalseo-gu, Daegu, Republic of Korea. We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. Questions: bpk90@naver.com.
What we collect
- Details you enter in the inquiry form: name, company, country, email address, phone number, the product you ask about, PCB size range, planned lines or units, timeline and your message.
- Anything you send us by email.
The inquiry form does not send anything to this website. It opens your own email app, and the message reaches us as a normal email. This website uses no cookies and no third-party tracking.
Why we use it
Only to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and carry out orders you place with us. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who can access it
- Our staff who handle your inquiry (sales and engineering).
- Our sales and service partner in your region, when you ask us to connect you or when they will quote, install or service your equipment — limited to the contact details and requirements needed.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 3 years of our last correspondence. Records for completed orders are kept for as long as Korean commercial and tax law requires.
Transfers outside Korea
When you ask us to connect you with a local partner, or when a partner will quote, install or service your equipment, we send your name, company, contact details and requirements by email to that partner: So-High Technology (China and Taiwan), Kampfer (India) or Priben Distribution (South Africa). The partner uses them only for that purpose and keeps them for as long as it serves you or until you ask for deletion. If you do not want your details shared, say so in your message; we will then answer you directly.
How we destroy it
When the retention period ends, we delete the emails and attachments that contain your information from our mailbox and from any device we used to work on your inquiry, so that they cannot be recovered.
How we protect it
Only the staff who handle inquiries can open the inquiry mailbox. The mailbox is protected by a password that is changed regularly, and we do not copy your information to other services.
